Coffee plantation in the Khasi Hills has been in practice since a long time, still very little is known about their indigenous coffee plantation practices. An iconic document from 1908 titled "Coffee Cultivation in Khasi Hills" by B.C. Basu records the first coffee plantation to have started in 1877 at Jarkaw village near Bholganj.
The coffee that grown in the wilds of these indigenous villages is Arabicas, and we bring to you ARIA from the very same lots.

This medium dark roast with the sweet and tarty hints of apricot, butter and milk chocolate are perfect to be enjoyed both as black or with milk. Brew it as a french press, or try make an espresso and you'll be surprised with the results !!!
