Brahms - Medium Light Roast Coffee - 100% Arabica
Anaerobic fermentation produces distinct acids, like lactic acids, that give the final product a striking flavor. During this process, anaerobics are placed in sealed tanks that are pressurized from CO2 buildup, and then remaining pressure and oxygen are let out using release valves. This additional pressure forces the juices and sugars into the bean (that’s our theory, at least!).
Brews best with the Aeropress, Drip Filter, Pour over, French press, pretty much any brewing method as we're sure you can't brew this wrong.
Inspired by the maestro Johannes Brahms (1833 - 1897) - German composer, pianist, and a conductor of the Western orchestral era.
